Raleigh Palm Beach mens bike. Moustache handlebars. Restore!

This is a Raleigh Palm Beach mens bike with alloy moustache handlebars. It needs restoration although it works with cable brakes and a sturmey archer 3 speed.
It is a 'sound' bike but the frame needs repainting and the mudguards etc so not a jump on and go bike but a restoration project. The handlebars are worth more than the bike! and the saddle is good. The wheels are steel and so are tarnished.
Any questions? I bought to restore but have enough on my plate and so it has to go.
