Falcon balero women's bike

Don't really know much about this bike I got it from a friend and it was practically new Than I've just stored it probably been on it about 3 times if that the tyres are flat but think it's due to being stood it has got rust in some areas again due to being stored in damp garage and then at farm in my tackroom,
