Dawes five star racer 1970s with original sales catalogue

This racer has been in the family since the late 1970s, hence the sales catalogue. The rear wheel replacement leaves the rest of the bike original. The bike is rideable but brakes and gears require adjustment. Condition is consummate with age, please see pictures.
